The first step in our hiring process is a six-question application. This application helps us to get a sense of your experience, qualifications, and teaching style. We want to make sure that your skills and background match our needs and requirements, and that we can find the best possible fit between you and our students.

If your application meets our requirements, you will be shortlisted for an interview. This interview is a chance for us to get to know you better, both on a personal and professional level. We want to understand your motivation for tutoring, your teaching philosophy, and how you would handle certain situations with students. This allows us to assess whether your personality and approach to teaching align with our company's values and goals.

Once you are hired, we will provide you with an orientation and training session. This training will give you all the necessary information about our company's tutoring process and policies, as well as guidance on how to develop a successful tutoring relationship with your students. This training ensures that you are well-prepared to provide quality tutoring services to our students.
