So I wanted to share some things. Madelyn was so excited when she went to log on today because she forgot to tell me that she got bumped up to level E in her reading. Two weeks ago she was bumped to D. She also got 13/13 on her spelling words for the third week in a row. Also last week I bumped into her teacher and she said she had noticed a big change in Madelyn. Especially her confidence and that even her ability to focus and do things on her own has improved. I was talking about of the things she’s been doing during her tutoring sessions and the teacher was impressed. This other lady standing there said, “wow, now that is a good tutor” when I was talking about them paying word scramble etc. with her spelling words. Turns out that lady was the principal of her school!
